Councils on Aging
Join me for Gentle Chair Yoga at several Councils on Aging in the Pioneer Valley. Build community while getting in touch with yourself and finding inner and outer strength. These classes begin and end in a chair with some standing flows in between, using the chair as a prop. Seated alternatives are offered as well.
